Waiver, Terms and Conditions, and Refund Policy
Participant’s Waiver and Consent
I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown that might incur while participating in any classes, seminars, retreats, therapy sessions and other services offered by, at, or in coordination with SACRED Pte Ltd. I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim for any injury that I may sustain as a result of participating in any courses, workshops, community circles, coaching sessions, mentorship sessions, seminars, retreats, and other services offered by, at, or in coordination with SACRED Pte Ltd. I, my heir or legal representative forever release, waive and covenant not to sue or make any claims of any kind whatsoever against SACRED Pte Ltd., its directors, affiliates, employees, trainers or members for any property damage or loss, injury or death caused by negligence or other acts.
Terms and Conditions
I understand that:
- The courses, workshops, community circles, coaching sessions, mentorship sessions, seminars, retreats, and other services offered by, at, or in coordination with SACRED Pte Ltd work on helping me find my own inner resources for the healing and it will involve me needing to be prepared to go into deeper or buried memories, and it may involve emotions coming to the surface and some physical touch to support me if body memories need to be transformed. The truth of any memories that may come to my conscious awareness during sessions are for me to decide. I understand that SACRED Pte Ltd. and its affiliates, employees, trainers will offer their best professional service to assist me on this journey, but I am responsible for my own healing. I understand that results come solely from my own effort and motivation. Even then, results may manifest in a far different way than I had expected them to. Rather than blame others, I take full responsibility for any and all personal and professional growth. SACRED Pte Ltd. and its directors, affiliates, employees, trainers do not assume any responsibility or provide guaranteed results for any of the programmes, courses, classes, seminars, retreats, coaching sessions, mentorship sessions and other services offered.
- Programmes, courses, classes, seminars, retreats, coaching sessions, mentorship sessions and other services offered by SACRED Pte Ltd. are not a substitute for conventional treatment or for diagnosing any underlying conditions. It is not meant to replace any of my existing medical treatments. Should I wish to alter or stop any such treatment, I will consult a medically trained doctor.
- I understand that if I make an installment payment more than 15 days late, there will be a 15% late fee on the installment amount.
- For group sessions, I understand that if I am more than 5 minutes late, I will not be allowed to join the session to respect the integrity of the intentional space set by those present. I understand there will be no make-up sessions.
- For 1-1 private sessions, I commit to be at each scheduled session or call on time. If I know I’ll be late, I’ll email the mentor to let them know. If I need to reschedule a session or call, I will email my mentor at least 7 days in advance. If this is not done, I understand that the session would be counted as a used session and I am not entitled to a make-up session. For unforeseen medical reasons, a medical certificate is required for postponement. For unforeseen medical reasons involving family members, postponement will be considered on a case-by-case basis. I understand that mentorship sessions in the Sapphire tier should be utilised within 8 months from the start of the course. After 8 months, the unused sessions will be forfeited, unless an extension is mutually agreed upon by my mentor and I and confirmed in writing via email.
SACRED Relationship Foundational Course Refund Policy
Refunds: This refund policy is available to new participants of the SACRED Relationship Foundational Course who actively engage with the course platform and apply the tools and strategies learned. Eligible participants can request a full refund within 30 days after the course has ended, if they do not see measurable improvements in their ability to build healthy relationships, despite active engagement and application of learned tools and strategies.
Eligibility: This guarantee is available only to new course participants who made their first purchase of the SACRED Relationship Foundational Course. To qualify, you must comply with the following requirements:
- Requirement 1: Complete the course to 100% (all modules and lessons included).
- Requirement 2: Provide course completion documentation to SACRED’s reasonable satisfaction including completed course exercises; and
- Requirement 3: Provide SACRED with a written explanation why you think the tools and strategies didn’t work, a list of the tools and strategies applied, and other proof that shows lack of results to SACRED’s reasonable satisfaction.
- Process: To claim a refund, participants must submit a written request to our support team (including all of the Requirements set out above) within 30 days of the course end date. SACRED will review the request and, where SACRED agrees (acting reasonably) that the participant is entitled to a refund under this paragraph, SACRED will issue the refund within 30 days.
- Limitations: The guarantee applies only to participants who purchased the course at full price and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. The refund is applicable only to the course fee and does not cover any additional expenses incurred.
- General: SACRED reserves the right to modify or discontinue this refund policy at any time without prior notice. This refund policy is intended to provide participants with the confidence to invest in their personal growth through SACRED without financial risk.
- SACRED Discretion: SACRED may refuse to give a refund where SACRED reasonably forms the view that you have not acted in good faith in respect of the SACRED Relationship Foundational Course refund policy. In such circumstances your sole right to a refund is as required by law.
