Most of us were never taught how to build relationships that truly help us grow and thrive, both as individuals and together. Without the right tools or guidance, we turn to podcasts, social media and ChatGPT for advice. But despite our efforts, the same issues keep showing up. Ultimately, what we really long for are deep, fulfilling connections:

You wish your partner “gets you”, but feel stuck in repetitive arguments or cold wars.

The SACRED Relationship Foundational Course is created for people like you–who want real guidance and hands-on experience to create meaningful relationships.

This 6-month live course is for:

Why We Created This Course

 

We are Kavitha and Kester Shekar-Tay–relationship therapists and mentors, life partners, and your mentors for the SACRED Relationship Foundational Course.

After years of navigating our own relationship challenges and guiding hundreds of clients, we saw that most relationship advice and even recent shifts in therapy—like calls for better communication and healing past trauma—fall short in practice. Seeking more, we turned to the deeper wisdom of tribal communities. By merging what we learned from them with our experience as relationship therapists, we discovered that relationships truly thrive through deep listening, greater purpose, and intentional spaces for growth.

With these insights, we developed the SACRED Relationship Framework™–our signature approach to building intentional, sacred relationships. Rooted in ancestral and tribal wisdom and adapted for modern life, this framework provides the essential building blocks for deep connection–with self and others.

Seeing how transformative this approach was for our clients and our own lives, we felt called to share it more widely. Thus, the SACRED Relationship Foundational Course was born.

Our journey taught us that real transformation requires hands-on practice. That’s why we designed this course to be a space where you can practice, be guided, and grow together.

How This Course Will Help You

The SACRED Relationship Foundational Course is a 6-month guided journey with online and in-person components (depending on your tier). 

You’ll gain life-changing tools to:

  • Navigate different types of relationships—obligatory, transactional, and sacred
  • Handle conflict with confidence, rather than avoiding or feeling blamed or overwhelmed
  • Discern between others’ responsibility and your own—knowing what requires personal introspection and what is beyond your control
  • Communicate authentically, expressing your opinions and needs from a space of deep presence rather than unconscious patterns
  • Cultivate thriving, sacred relationships, through the SACRED Relationship Framework

     

Course Outline:

  • Month 1: Setting a Strong Foundation–Learn the Sacred Relationship Framework and set realistic goals 
  • Month 2: Relationships as Mirrors for Self-Growth–Learn how relationships reflect your inner world, and use triggers for self-awareness through deep listening 
  • Month 3: Triggers as a Path to Authentic Connection–Recognise triggers as opportunities for understanding; shift from defensiveness to empowered-vulnerability and direct, heart-centred communication
  • Month 4: Balancing Individual vs Relationship Needs–Learn how to create relationships that honor your individuality; use healthy boundaries to strengthen connection rather than create distance
  • Month 5: Reflective Pause to Emerge stronger–Reflect on progress and deepen real-world application through discussion
  • Month 6: The SACRED Relationship Framework as a Gateway to Perfecting Relationships–Redefine relationships as spaces for growth, purpose and connection

What types of relationships does the SACRED Relationship Foundational Course cover?

This course covers the fundamentals of relationships, which can be applied to all types of relationships, including romantic, parenting, friendships, and workplace relationships.
Is this course in-person or online?

The webinars will be held online while the community circles will be held in-person (venue to be announced).

1-1 mentoring sessions will be held online, with possibility of in-person sessions depending on your needs.
Can I join the course mid-way?

This course is designed as a journey - each month builds upon the previous one, creating a transformative experience for participants.

To ensure everyone gets the most out of this journey, we accept new participants until before the second webinar of the course, i.e. 15th August. This allows everyone to start together and grow as a community throughout the course.

What is the difference between the live webinar and in-person community circle?

The live webinars will cover the core topics of the course based on the SACRED Relationship Framework, with individual exercises to help you apply the concepts to your personal life, using tools from the SACRED Relationship Toolkit.

The in-person community circles offer a unique opportunity to put what you’ve learned into real practice—with close, hands-on guidance from Kavitha and Kester. Each circle is limited to just 20 participants to ensure a safe, intimate experience.

You’ll practice in pairs, with space for group sharing and reflection. Couples and individuals who sign up together can work directly on their relationship, while solo participants will be paired with other like-minded individuals to connect and practice.

Kavitha and Kester will hold an intentional space based on ancient wisdom principles, to create a container where healing and growth can unfold in community.
What is the difference between the in-person community circle and one-to-one guidance sessions?

While the community circles will focus on practice as a group, the one-to-one guidance with Kavitha or Kester will go deeper into your individual goals and challenges, providing customised support and solutions. Kavitha/Kester may take you through exercises to more deeply uncover and resolve the root causes of your issues, bringing about more profound transformations.
What if I miss a live webinar?

You will have lifetime access to the recording via the member portal within 24 hours after the webinar.
What if I miss an in-person community circle?

Due to the confidential nature of these sessions, we do not offer recordings. Each circle is designed to be a safe space where participants can connect to others comfortably and authentically. This is a crucial part of the course experience.
How do I access the The SACRED Relationship Foundational Toolkit?

For those residing in Singapore, the SACRED Relationship Foundational Toolkit will be sent to your residential address via post. For those residing overseas, you have the option of opting to receive this toolkit via registered mail (included in course fee) or courier (extra charges applicable).
Are there any prerequisites or language requirements?

The course is conducted in English, conversational English is beneficial. Open-mindedness and a willingness to work on understanding and improving self allows for good outcomes. There are no other prerequisites.
Is there a refund policy if I decide the course isn't right for me?

We do not offer refunds for this course. The course is designed as a transformative journey that requires commitment from the start. By joining, you're committing to a process that unfolds over six months, and each part builds upon the previous one.
Can I join the course from overseas?

Yes, you can join the course from overseas. In the Ruby Tier, you can participate in our live online webinars remotely. We will also mail the SACRED Relationship Toolkit to you.

However, our community circles are currently held in-person in Singapore. If you are able to travel to Singapore for these sessions, you are welcome to join them.
