The Terms of Use provides you with information on the do’s and don’ts on the access and use of the SACRED Platform. If you are using the engagement tools provided by SACRED on SACRED 's websites, the Platform Engagement Tools Terms & Conditions shall apply. We reserve the right to revise these guidelines, notices, operating rules and policies, and instructions at any time and you are deemed to be aware of and bound by any changes to the foregoing upon their publication on the Platform. All typographical and clerical errors in any quotation in the Terms of Use or on the Platform shall be subject to correction by SACRED Pte Ltd.

If we need to contact you for service-related matters, we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you have provided to us in your order. "Writing" or "written" in these Terms of Use includes emails.

2. Accessing and Using The Platform

As a condition of your access to and/or use of the Platform, you warrant that:

• All information supplied by you on the Platform is accurate, current and complete;
• You are 18 years of age or older in order to access and/or use the platform; and
• You will not copy or distribute any part of the platform in any medium without SACRED Pte Ltd's prior written authorization.
• You shall be solely responsible for your access to and/or use of the Platform and its materials herein.

You agree and undertake not to:

• Impersonate any person or entity or to falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to or otherwise interfere or disrupt other computer systems or networks connected to the Platform, interfere with another’s utilization and enjoyment of the Platform, or use or upload, in any way, any software or material that contains, or which you have reason to suspect that contains, viruses, damaging components, malicious code or harmful components which may impair or corrupt the Platform 's data or damage or interfere with the operation of another customer’s computer or mobile device or the Platform; and
• Post, promote or transmit through the Platform any information, graphics, photographs, data and/or any other material that contains any computer virus or other invasive or damaging code, program or macro; infringes any third-party intellectual property or any other proprietary rights; is defamatory, libellous or threatening; is obscene, pornographic, indecent, counterfeited, fraudulent, stolen, harmful or otherwise illegal under any applicable law; and/or is or may be construed as offensive and/or otherwise objectionable, in our sole opinion.

10. Suspension and Termination

Without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to us, if we consider that you have breached these Terms of Use or we otherwise consider it appropriate, we may immediately, and without notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Platform (or any part of it).

On suspension or termination, you must immediately cease using the Platform and must not attempt to gain further access.

11. Products

Prices and availability of the Products are subject to change at the full and absolute discretion of SACRED Pte Ltd. You agree that the Products on the Platform may be re-priced, withdrawn, discontinued, revised or amended at any time and at the sole discretion of SACRED Pte Ltd.

12. General

• If we need to contact you, we may do so by email or by posting a notice on the Platform. You agree that this satisfies all legal requirements in relation to written communications.
• These Terms of Use, and any dispute relating to these Terms of Use or the Platform, are governed by and must be interpreted in accordance with the law of Singapore. Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore in relation to any dispute connected with these Terms of Use or the Platform.
• For us to waive a right under these Terms of Use, the waiver must be in writing.
• Clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination of these Terms of Use, continue in force.
• If any part or provision of these Terms of Use is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as severed from these Terms of Use. The remainder of these Terms of Use will be binding on you.

These Terms of Use set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Platform and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms of Use. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Platform that is not expressly set out in the Terms of Use, and no such representation, warranty or agreement has any effect from the date you agreed to these Terms of Use.
