SACRED Saturdays Newsletter

"Let's write newsletters!"

Kester said during one of our many brainstorming sessions on how to build a growth-centered community under SACRED.

I (Kavitha) loved the idea and told Kester how, to this day, I year for a newsletter that shares stories that expand my perspectives on life, and empower me with the skills to truly thrive!

These days, newsletters are often used to sell ABC or XYZ company's products. They may include a mention of a social or environmental cause, or highlight stakeholders who benefit from your purchase.

Yet, I often find myself questioning: "While it's great to support others' causes, what value does any of this add to my life?" The answer: absolutely nothing! I call these newsletters 'noise'.

I wanted our newsletters to be different. "How about calling it SACRED Saturdays?" I suggested to Kester. He smiled.

What's in the SACRED Saturdays Newsletter

Kester and I envision the SACRED Saturdays Newsletter as a way to connect with you and the community on a deeper level–sharing our life experiences, learnings, and a-ha moments related to achieving deep purpose and navigating relationships.

We hope these insights will inspire you to think differently about a challenging situation, find a solution to a problem, or gain a new outlook on life.

The SACRED Saturdays Newsletter aims to be a mentor, a journaling companion, or a friend offering invaluable and impartial insights.

The newsletters contain:

  • Simple, actionable steps you can take to heal, transform and grow yourself and your relationships

  • Real-life stories that provide an intimate glimpse into the 'how-tos’ of building thriving relationships

  • Insights into the worldviews of men and women, and how these different perspectives can come together to create harmony and purpose in a relationship

  • Myth-busting content that addresses misconceptions surrounding relationships and offers new ways of thinking
